Organizations Purpose – As any other newspaper the purpose is to report news! Taking pictures of crime scenes, interviewing important people, writing hoax stories from around the world. Until I can find someone to work with me, I'll be taking pictures, making stories, interviewing myself. I'm thinking that I'll begin with a weekly newspaper and a magazine every 2 weeks, depending on the popularity of the paper's ads/news. There'll be a small fee to list events/ads, don't think criminal ads would be okay though! This'll help people to know what going on with the server if they’ve been absents for some time. The magazine will feature a different weapon/business every issue, and it will be able to hold ads as well. The weekly newspaper issues will be released either every Friday, or Sunday.
Organizations Description – Before the interview, we’d try to get a picture of the crime in act, or after the crime, interview both the bystanders and police involved.
For example, the Edeka has just been robbed, photographer tries to get a photograph of the perpetrators in act, a picture of police swarming around the Edeka, once the pictures have been taken care of, interview the people who saw something and the police. Write a story about what happened, quotes included from the interviews.

Organizations History - The Iburg Tribune wants to be established by Secev News, who has been in writing newspapers since 1986, the business started as a freelance newspaper 'Northwest Daily', lacking attribution and sources, it plunged into bankruptcy. Reestablished as Secev News the new business motto was, "Newspapers are about what other people say, not what the writer thinks." and "think about the reader". Once Northwest Daily was bought by Secev News ratings began to go up, reader percentages were higher then ever. Being a US newspaper business, it wants to expand past the borders into Europe, and has laid its eyes on Iburg due to the high rate of tourists and movers.
Organizations Jobs/Salaries and Rights –
IT Editor-in-Chief: $50/hour, Will be involved in putting together the newspaper as a whole, taking quotes from the journalist, and photographs from the photographer.
IT Lead Journalist: $40/hour, Interviews police, and bystanders who were involved or have seen something to do with the crime.
IT Lead Photographer $30/hour, Takes pictures of the crime scene, in act or after, takes photographs of witnesses, etc.
