Someone wants an Custom Job, what would you tell them?: I would ask them which job or jobID , and employ them ! If they would like to! [E-Job]
Why should you be an Admin?: Well, I have RPed for like 3 Years soon, And I love TS ! It's always fun, except those times when guys are just gay and run around killing people [DM] . And I also know alot about the Admin job such as ; Bans, kicks , coding, orgs, items , MySql, Sql, Websites, Etc.
What makes you different to other people we could pick for admin?: Well, I dont know Why. There is one reason, I rather use the NON violant way to tell a [DM]er to Get lost or any like that ! Like, I warn the DMer, and ask him, why he is so stupid and running around and DMing, If he continues to run around DMing, I will either just kick him or ban him. I can help too with server coding ;) or some ... or if there are some Event for Moderation.
What command would you use to ban someone?: Well, I would tell him to stop Or he is being banned ( If he is eventually running around and [DM]ing ) , If he doesnt stop, I ban him by writing " amx_addban <name> <time> [Reason]" . In the Console.
What command would you use to punish someone that fails to RP?: Well, I rather Tell him to stop being an asshole, and prove that He can RP! If he doesnt understand me, I may slap him, or eventually slay him by using the amx_slay [name] or amx_slap [name] [hp]
Extra Comments: I had also times a server, got too much mods on it ect.
